Puhdistamo’s MCT Oil is a high-quality fractionated oil made from 100% coconut oil and containing medium chain fatty acids (Medium Chain Triglycerides). Contains the medium chain fatty acids found in coconut, i.e. caprylic acid (C8) and capric acid (C10).

Taste and properties

Colourless, tasteless and odourless, MCT oil is easy to use in any food or drink. Although MCT oil withstands heat extremely well, the oil is nevertheless not recommended for frying.

How to use

Especially suited to coffee, smoothies, salads and porridges. Not recommended for frying.
