Chia seeds are gentle on the stomach and extremely versatile to use. Sprinkle them straight onto your morning porridge, into yoghurt, muesli or a smoothie, or make an easy chia overnight pudding!

Nutritional content
The nutritional content of chia is highly impressive: it contains plenty of protein, dietary fibre and omega-3 fatty acids. In chia seeds, the omega-3 fatty acids occur as ALA, or alpha-linolenic acid, which is the most common omega-3 fatty acid in the plant kingdom.
