Cocoa and Production

At the heart of our chocolates are cocoa beans of the native Criollo variety, grown by hundreds of families in the heart of the Peruvian Amazon rainforest. Our raw chocolate is made at our Vaajakoski factory at a low temperature below 42 °C. This ensures that the valuable properties, nutrients and authentic flavor of the cocoa bean are preserved all the way to your moment of indulgence. Our raw chocolates get their sweetness from coconut sugar.
