Bee pollen consists of beautiful, small yellowish granules that bees collect much like nectar. Our bee pollen comes from Spain, the source of the world’s finest bee pollen.
Using bee pollen
Use bee pollen as it is in the meal of your choice, or sprinkle it on pastries and desserts for a cheerful finishing touch. The golden yellow pollen is an excellent match for colourful salads and fruit, for example – pollen makes a tropical fruit salad look even more delicious! The same goes for cake and pastry frostings – how about cupcakes with a golden yellow finish on their fluffy frosting? Sunny pollen also looks especially beautiful alongside edible flowers and in versatile mueslis and smoothie bowls.
