What chlorella is

Chlorella is a single-celled freshwater algae. It is therefore not a seaweed and does not contain significant amounts of iodine. The name chlorella comes from its high content of chlorophyll. In fact, this algae contains more chlorophyll per gram than any other plant on our planet.

Origin and production

Foodin’s Korean Chlorella tablets are very high-quality chlorella of the vulgaris variety, cultivated in carefully controlled growing tanks in South Korea. The chlorella tablets, or compressed tablets, are made by pressing 100% pure chlorella powder, without binding agents or other added fillers.

How to use

Use: Take the chlorella tablets with water. You can also add chlorella tablets as such to a salad or to various snack mixes. Along with green powders and tablets, also enjoy good oils and/or fats, such as high-quality olive oil. This improves the absorption of fat-soluble compounds and, if needed, masks the strong taste of green powder. Sour lemon (juice) also helps to cut the bitterness of green powders if needed.
