Product and flavour
High-quality Finnish hemp seed of the Finola variety is a top-grade seed for versatile baking and cooking. The seed has a strong, fairly nutty flavour. The shell of hemp seeds is hard and rather bitter in taste, but it protects the delicate fatty acids from light and oxidation. Like nuts, the seeds are an extremely versatile source of nutrition. They are very easy to add to all kinds of snacks, pastries, salads and hot dishes, or to enjoy just as they are. Finnish hemp seed gives the finishing touch to ice cream servings and other desserts in a summery and eye-catching way!
