Flushing Reaction
Niacin may sometimes cause a temporary flushing reaction, which includes redness of the skin, tingling, warmth and itching. This reaction is harmless and may occur particularly at doses above 50-100 mg. Solgar’s B3 vitamin No-Flush Niacin, which contains inositol, does not cause this reaction.
