Solgar® Choline 250 mg – Inositol 250 mg contains two nutrients important to the body and comparable to vitamins: choline and inositol in well-absorbed forms.

Choline and inositol

Choline and inositol are key components of cell membrane structures and take part in the body’s normal cellular processes. Choline is a water-soluble, vitamin-like compound that participates in the normal metabolism of nutrients such as fats, carbohydrates and proteins. Inositol, in turn, acts as part of the phospholipids in cell membranes and is a naturally occurring compound in a varied diet.

Dietary sources

Choline and inositol are obtained from the diet from foods such as liver, eggs, legumes, whole grains, nuts and seeds.
