Salts and scent

Särkisalo Salt Soap is made with both Himalayan pink salt and sea salt, and its invigoratingly fresh scent comes from genuine natural essential oils. The Himalayan pink salt we use works as an exfoliating ingredient, as it is slightly more crystalline than sea salt.

Oils

Organic coconut oil gives the soap a rich, fluffy lather and works as an effective cleanser. Rosemary, lemongrass and cedarwood essential oils give the soap a fresh and revitalising scent.

Properties

Särkisalo salt soap is the most exfoliating of the Saaren Taika salt soaps. Natural, vegan, approx. 70% organic.

Production

Saaren Taika bar soaps are developed and tested in Finland. They are made by hand mainly in Perniö, but to ensure availability part of the production also takes place in France. In France the soap mass is mixed, poured into moulds and partly cured, after which the final curing, the individual inspection and finishing of each soap, and the packaging take place in Perniö.
