Product

Puhdistamo’s high-quality Reishi extract is made from Finnish, wild-grown reishi mushroom. Strong C2, or reishi, is one of the most studied functional mushrooms. Reishi also has a very long history of use, spanning more than 2,000 years.

Use

Reishi’s properties come through best with continuous use, and many like to take reishi especially in the evening before going to bed. Puhdistamo’s reishi extract is well suited for use alongside Puhdistamo’s ashwagandha and rhodiola root extract in particular.
