Composition

Puhdas+ Strong Ashwagandha contains researched and patented Sensoril® ashwagandha extract, which is standardised. It contains 10% active withanolides. Thanks to the strong composition, a smaller than usual daily dose is sufficient. The BioPerine® black pepper extract added to the product improves the absorption of Ashwagandha.

Extract

A patented extract containing both root and leaf. The combination of leaf and root increases the amount of active substances. A standardised extract containing: Withanolide glycosides, Withaferin A, Oligosaccharides). 100% water extraction, no solvents used. 14 clinical studies.

Ashwagandha

Ashwagandha is an adaptogen obtained by extraction from the plant Withania somnifera. In Ayurveda, the root and leaves of ashwagandha have generally been used.
