Puhdistamo Daily Electrolyte Powder is a refreshing watermelon-flavoured thirst quencher.

Who and when

Because Daily contains less sodium and more potassium than Puhdistamo’s regular electrolyte powders, it is an excellent fit for everyday hydration, even outside of heavy sweating. You can enjoy a serving of the powder any time: in the morning after waking up, during the workday or alongside exercise.

Composition

The sodium in the powder comes from high-quality Guérande sea salt, and Daily also provides a suitable amount of potassium and magnesium. A touch of vitamin C completes the recipe. One serving contains only 5.5 calories.
