Puhdistamo Daily Electrolyte Powder is a refreshing strawberry-flavoured thirst quencher.
Who and when
Because Daily contains less sodium and more potassium than Puhdistamo’s regular electrolyte powders, it is an excellent choice for everyday hydration, also outside of heavy sweating. You can enjoy a serving of the powder whenever you like: in the morning after waking up, during the workday or alongside exercise.
Ingredients
The sodium in the powder comes from high-quality Guérande sea salt, and Daily also contains a suitable amount of potassium and magnesium. A pinch of vitamin C completes the recipe.
