Vitatabs® K2+D3 contains VitaMK® vitamin K2, i.e. menaquinone. Vitatabs® K2+D3 tablets also contain plant-based vitamin D3. The product is suitable for anyone who wants to take care of the health of their blood vessels and the wellbeing of their bones.

Sources of vitamin K

We get vitamin K from vegetables and as a result of the activity of intestinal bacteria. The vitamin K in vegetables is vitamin K1, i.e. phylloquinone. Intestinal bacteria produce vitamin K2, i.e. menaquinone.

Serving size

Only one small daily dose of VitaMK® menaquinone is needed.

Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, as the product has not been studied in these special groups. Not recommended for use together with blood-thinning medication.
