Ubiquinol

Ubiquinol is the active form of ubiquinone, and thus both of these substances are the same coenzyme Q10 in different forms. Ubiquinol is a fat-soluble, vitamin-like substance and a key coenzyme in the formation of ATP, i.e. adenosine triphosphate, which takes place in the cells’ energy production centres (the mitochondria).
