Who It’s For

Well suited to oily hair and scalp, as nettle and horsetail effectively cleanse impurities from the hair and scalp and soften coarse hair, making it easier to style. Especially suitable for hair that hasn’t got on with plant oil-based shampoo bars even after a long adjustment period, as this shampoo-based product leaves absolutely no sticky feeling.

How to Use

The wash result improves even further if you lather the hair twice with a rinse in between, and on the second time let the shampoo sit in the hair — you can wash your body in the meantime — and rinse at the end. If needed, you can use a conditioner bar.

Shampoo-Based Bars

These bars contain a mild surfactant cleansing ingredient called SCI, which is derived from further processing of coconut oil. The cleansing ingredient in shampoo-based bars is a mild surfactant, which is why these bars suit absolutely everyone right from the very first wash, with no sticky feeling. In terms of raw materials, all our shampoo-based shampoos and our conditioner bars are suitable for use in accordance with the Curly Girl Method.

Longevity and Storage

All the shampoo bars in our range (both plant oil-based and shampoo-based) lather really well and last a very long time in use, up to 80 washes. Even if you wash your hair every day, these bars easily last 2–3 months. To keep the shampoo bar in the best possible condition between washes, make sure to place the bar on a surface that lets water through easily, where the bar can dry freely before the next use.
