Who It’s For

Well suited for dry, treated and damaged hair and for a sensitive scalp. It is especially suitable for people for whom plant oil–based shampoo bars have not worked even after a long adjustment period, as this shampoo-based product is completely non-sticky. The washing result improves even further with a double wash. Säihke contains plenty of protein, so use the product as a treatment course or alternate it with another shampoo.

Shampoo-Based Bars

These bars contain a mild surfactant cleansing ingredient called SCI, which is obtained by further processing coconut oil. The cleansing ingredient in shampoo-based bars is a mild surfactant, which is why these bars suit absolutely everyone right from the very first wash, with no sticky feeling.

Yield and Storage

All the shampoo bars in our selection (both plant oil–based and shampoo-based) lather really well and last a very long time in use, up to 80 washes. Even if you wash your hair every day, these bars easily last 2–3 months. To keep the shampoo bar in the best possible condition between washes, make sure the bar is placed on a surface that lets water drain through easily, where the bar can dry freely before the next use. The washing result is always better if you lather your hair twice and rinse it with water in between.
