NAC – an N-acetyl L-cysteine supplement made in Finland, containing organic selenium. One easily absorbed tablet contains 650 mg of N-acetyl-L-cysteine. A strong odour is characteristic of the product.

What Amino Acids Are

The human body contains more than 100,000 proteins in total, and amino acids are their small “building blocks”. All human proteins are built from just 20 amino acids, 11 of which the body can produce itself, while the remaining 9 must be obtained daily from food or supplements. The diet should be varied enough to secure a daily intake of the essential amino acids.
