Dandelion root has a long history of use. You can sprinkle the root powder over your dishes as is, steep it into a tea or prepare a coffee substitute from it.

How to Use

Soak the root in cold water for about 24 hours, then heat the soaking water and enjoy it as a tea. You can also use dandelion root crushed or ground in porridge, on top of soured milk or in muesli.
