Dandelion Root

Dandelion root has a long history of use. You can sprinkle the crushed root over dishes as it is, steep it into a tea or prepare a coffee substitute from it.

How to Use

Soak the root in cold water for about 24 hours, then heat the soaking water and enjoy it as tea. You can also use crushed or ground dandelion root in porridge, on top of soured milk or in muesli.
