True Gum is a plastic-free, vegan and biodegradable xylitol chewing gum made entirely from natural ingredients. Refreshing matcha and crisp mint are a great choice at any time of day!

Ordinary chewing gums

Most chewing gums on the market today are full of petrochemical ingredients (plastic, to put it plainly), aspartame (an artificial sweetener) and endocrine disruptors (the synthetic antioxidants BHA and BHT, labelled as E320 and E321). Unlike chewing gum in general, True Gum is plastic-free. True Gum uses only the finest natural raw materials.

Chicle gum

Instead of the usual plastic-filled gum base, True Gum uses chicle, made from the latex of the sapodilla tree (Manilkara zapota). Thanks to natural chicle, True Gum stays soft for longer. Added moisture comes from organic glycerine which, like everything else, is plant-based and free from GMO ingredients. Chicle also breaks down 10 times faster than ordinary natural rubber.

Sweetening

True Gum is sweetened with low-calorie natural sweeteners: stevia, obtained from the leaves of the plant, and xylitol sourced from Finnish birch trees! The recommended daily amount of xylitol is 5 grams. You get that by chewing 2 pieces of True Gum after every meal. The xylitol content of True Gum is 22%.
