Zinc Carnosine

The effect of the product is based on a specialised chelate compound in which zinc and L-carnosine — a dipeptide made up of two amino acids — are bound together. The structure of the compound is designed to hold together in the acidic environment of the stomach, where it releases its ingredients slowly. One serving provides 38 mg of this microencapsulated complex, of which 8 mg is zinc acetate and 30 mg L-carnosine.

L-Glutamine

Alongside it works L-glutamine, which occurs naturally in the body’s own tissues as well as in the cells of the intestinal wall. This most abundant amino acid in the body serves as a building block for proteins, and one serving provides 2462 mg of it. The powder, which also tolerates warm liquids, dissolves evenly into a drink after a brief stir.

Note on scoop

Please note! There is an error in the size of the measuring scoop. Some of the 120 g jars have ended up with dosing scoops that are larger than the ones on which the dosage instructions are based. The standard scoop serving is 2.5 grams, but these larger scoops hold about 5 grams. This amount is also completely safe, and for most people the larger serving works in exactly the same way. The only practical difference is that the jar runs out faster than normal. If your scoop seems “too large”, see the example in the product images. Just fill it about 2/3 full to get the correct 2.5 gram serving, as shown in the picture.
