Berries and Fruits
Sea buckthorn berry and leaf – Sea buckthorn is one of the best sources of vitamin E. It is also rich in vitamin C and various plant pigments (flavonoids and carotenoids). Acai berry also contains large amounts of fibre and fatty acids. Pomegranate seed – The fruit contains particularly high levels of antioxidant compounds such as punicalagins, anthocyanosides, catechins and carotenoids, which have an especially high ORAC index.
