How to Use

The expert’s cooling tip: Place your Gua Sha in the refrigerator 10 to 15 minutes before your massage. Apply a few drops of your plant oil to the entire face and neck, previously cleansed. Glide the Gua Sha flat against the skin (at an angle of about 15°) using gentle pressure, always working from the centre of the face outwards and from the bottom upwards. Repeat each movement 3 to 5 times for a moment of absolute relaxation.
