This self-tanning spray for face and body gives you a natural, beautiful tan quickly and effortlessly. Dihydroxyacetone 5% (DHA) ensures an even, natural tan based on a chemical reaction on the skin’s surface, as the product’s active ingredients react with the amino acids and proteins in the skin. The product is fragrance-free, colourant-free and vegan.

Choosing a Body Wash

An important note on washing your skin before using Summer Mood: your choice of body wash! Many body washes contain ingredients that leave a film on the skin’s surface, making it feel velvety soft. However, this film prevents Summer Mood from absorbing into the skin, resulting in an uneven tan. So-called Milky & Oil body washes often create this film. In other words, if your skin feels extremely smooth and “slippery” after showering, there’s a good chance that Summer Mood won’t be able to work evenly because of the film left by the body wash.

Skin Preparation

Washing and exfoliating your skin thoroughly is important so that any moisturising products used earlier in the week are also rinsed away. Like other skincare products, the self-tanning spray absorbs best into exfoliated, hair-free skin. We recommend exfoliating and sugaring your skin the day before you start using the product to guarantee an incredible GLOW!
