Puhdistamo’s electrolyte powder is a sugar-free, comprehensive and delicious drink powder that helps maintain the balance of essential electrolytes in the body. It contains Guérande sea salt as a source of sodium and, in addition to the other key electrolytes, also vitamin C and organic sulphur (OptiMSM®). The product is suitable for hydration whenever we sweat, for example during exercise, in the sauna or on a hot summer day. One serving contains only 0.1 g of carbohydrates.

Ingredients

The electrolytes and other minerals in this product come from high-quality sources. The foundation of our electrolyte powder, sodium, comes from sun-dried whole unrefined Guérande sea salt, which in addition to sodium is rich in minerals and trace elements. It also includes a highly absorbable form of magnesium, potassium and calcium — two of the most important electrolytes — as well as calcium ascorbate, which is gentler on the stomach than ordinary vitamin C.
