Puhdas+ Premium Omega-3 is a high-quality, certified fish oil. The product provides EPA and DHA fatty acids in the same ratio as they occur in natural fish oil. The fatty acids are in their natural, well-absorbed triglyceride form. The production of Puhdas+ Premium Omega-3 uses wild small fish caught in the unpolluted waters of the South Pacific.

Fatty Acid Content

A daily dose of 2 capsules contains 350 mg of omega-3 fatty acids, of which 180 mg is EPA and 120 mg is DHA.

Raw Material and Purity

The production of Puhdas+ Premium Omega-3 products uses non-endangered wild anchovy caught in the unpolluted waters of the South Pacific. The fish oil goes through a very thorough purification process before it ends up in the capsule. For this reason, the fish oil contains no heavy metals or other toxins. The Totox value of our fish oil is generally below 5, meaning it oxidises very little. Every batch of fish oil is 100% traceable.
