Ways to use
Essential oils can be used in many different ways:
+ Sauna: Add 1–3 drops to a bucket of water. + Spray bottle: Add a few drops to water and spray into the room air and home textiles. + Bath: Mix 3–5 drops with soap or honey and dissolve in bath water. + Aroma Diffuser: Add a few drops to a diffuser to humidify the air and spread aromas throughout the room. + Scented lantern: A scented lantern spreads the effects of essential oils into a room using a candle. Add about 3–7 drops to water.
