About the product

All bee larvae are fed royal jelly at first, but the queen bee is nourished with gelée royale throughout her entire life. Royal jelly is therefore sufficient as the queen’s sole food, and with this nourishment she becomes the mother of an entire bee colony. Freshness is key

When royal jelly is harvested, speed is everything – in its untreated form this natural product does not keep for long, so it is moved into cold storage immediately after collection. Next, the royal jelly is lyophilised, i.e. freeze-dried. This rapid process removes the water but preserves the nutrients and the high quality of the raw material, while converting it into a concentrated form. The result is a product in which 1 mg of lyophilised gelée royale corresponds to 3 mg of fresh. In oil capsule form, the freshness of royal jelly stays optimal without the need for complex packaging materials.
