Magnesium Taurinate

Magnesium taurinate is a chelate formed by the amino acid taurine and magnesium. Taurine occurs naturally in animal-based products such as meat, fish and shellfish, as well as in mushrooms, but is found only in trace amounts in plant-based products. In addition, the body is able to produce some taurine on its own. ATA Mg® is acetylated magnesium acetyl taurinate, which provides magnesium in an easily utilised organic form.

Methylcobalamin

The methylcobalamin used in this product is the readily active coenzyme form of vitamin B12, which the body can utilise as such without a separate conversion step.
