Composition
Each capsule contains 300 mg of high-quality colostrum concentrate, of which 30 % consists of immunoglobulins, i.e. antibodies. The daily dose provides up to 270 mg of immunoglobulins in bioactive form.
Origin and Production
The colostrum is collected from free-grazing cows on the clean pastures of the Austrian Alpine region during the first two milkings only – the point at which the antibody content is at its highest. Production uses a gentle freeze-drying method (lyophilisation), which preserves the delicate nutrients and bioactivity of the colostrum as unchanged as possible.
What Is Colostrum?
Colostrum is the first milk produced by a mother cow after calving. It is naturally rich in antibodies, i.e. immunoglobulins, which are part of the body’s defence system. The colostrum concentrate used in Ternimax capsules has been refined to remove fat and casein while effectively retaining the important bioactive substances. The product is also suitable for those who wish to minimise the impact of milk proteins.
Carefully Monitored Origin
All the colostrum in Ternimax comes from closely monitored farms where the animals graze without pesticides or agricultural chemicals. The origin of every production batch is fully traceable. The colostrum concentrate is produced using a patented, gentle manufacturing method.
