The versatile Magnesia Penta contains magnesium in five different compounds that act in different parts of the intestine. As a result, the magnesium is absorbed efficiently and remains active in the body for a long time.

The compounds

Magnesium taurate is the magnesium salt of the amino acid taurine. Organic magnesium. Magnesium bisglycinate consists of a magnesium ion and two glycine amino acids. It is absorbed efficiently from the intestine. Organic magnesium. Magnesium glycerophosphate dissolves the fastest and across a wide pH range. Very gentle on the stomach. It consists of magnesium, glycerol and phosphate. Organic magnesium. Magnesium malate is a salt of malate, i.e. malic acid. Organic magnesium. Magnesium hydroxide dissolves well in the acidity of the stomach. Inorganic magnesium.
