How to use

Greenfinn’s berry crushes can be stirred into fermented milk, yoghurt or quark, or sprinkled on top of porridge. These delicious berry crushes are also excellent for baking.

Making the crushes

Making the berry crushes: the dried berry is ground to just the right coarseness, so that most of the seeds break open and the oils and other bioactive components are available for our bodies to use.

Concentrated goodness

Berry crush is concentrated stuff. For example, a 250 ml pack of crush contains the seeds, flesh and skins of 4,000–5,000 berries. Taste it and get inspired yourself!
