Shade

Pure indigo is a dark hair colour with a blue cast. It can be used on its own, or mixed as you like with cassia and/or henna. Indigo is a strong shade, so always do a strand test before the actual colouring session to make sure you get the result you want.

Ingredients

Cultivator’s hair colours are completely natural and are made solely from organically certified plant-based ingredients such as henna, indigo, aloe vera, chamomile, eucalyptus, turmeric, beetroot, hibiscus and so on.

Colour Longevity

The raw materials in the Cultivator’s Herba Hair Colors plant colour range are 100% organically grown plants. The plant colours in the Cultivator’s Herbal Haircolor range have good coverage and colour retention. The shades are not permanent colours but fade gradually from the hair with washing. Longevity is, however, the sum of many factors, and at their best plant colours last almost as long as permanent colours. Cultivator’s shade selection includes 20 ready-made colour blends from natural blondes to glowing reds, rich browns and black. The final colour result is affected by your hair’s own colour, previous chemical treatments, the development time of the colouring, and the temperature used during colouring. After colouring, the colour continues to deepen for about the next 48 hours. Plant colour does not colour the hair all the way through; the result is created on the surface of the hair. For this reason, your hair’s own base colour affects the result, so that the different nuances of your own hair also show through in the coloured hair. Plant colours contain no oxidants, so they do not lighten the hair. Instead, plant colours can be used to brighten your own light shade, blend in root growth and bring a new tone to light hair.

Cultivator’s Organic hair colours are safe, water-soluble hair colours made from natural plant-based raw materials. They do not lighten the hair’s own shade because the products contain no peroxide or other synthetic ingredients. They also contain no ammonia, heavy metals, PPD, parabens, resorcinol, genetically modified ingredients or other ingredients harmful to nature and the environment. The product package contains: 4 sachets, a colouring cap and colouring gloves. 1 sachet is enough for short hair, 2 for medium-length hair, 3 for long hair and 4 for extra-long hair.
