Biomed Silicum Tonic, 2 x 250 ml is a Finnish gel preparation in which silicon and carmellose gels work effectively together. Food supplement – Kosttillskott. Liquid silicic acid–carmellose gel preparation.

Silicon and carmellose

The microscopically small silicon crystal and carmellose particles are film-forming colloids. In nature, silicon occurs bound to oxygen in plants, seawater and bedrock, among other places. Silicon also occurs as pure silicon crystal. Carmellose is a water-soluble structural fibre from spruce, pine and cotton. Colloidal carmellose is water-soluble, odourless and mildly alkaline.
