How to use OxyMag

Take Oxymag in the evening before going to bed, and preferably not too late, as Oxymag works step by step over about 6-8 hours and its effect is complete when you wake up in the morning. PLEASE NOTE! This product is therefore not intended to be taken in the morning to correct magnesium levels, but ALWAYS in the evening because of its effects (although of course you also get magnesium at the same time).
