Composition

A unique combination of N-acetylcysteine and L-glycine. Double strength – NAC (N-acetylcysteine) + glycine amino acids in an optimal ratio. N-acetylcysteine 540 mg. L-glycine 2160 mg. No fillers. Best absorption is achieved by taking it on an empty stomach.

What is NAC

NAC (N-acetylcysteine) is one form of the amino acid cysteine. In nature, NAC occurs in onions, but the cysteine amino acid itself (which serves the same purpose) is found most abundantly in eggs and meat, for example, and in somewhat smaller amounts in broccoli, onions and whole grain products.

Glutathione

Our body needs three amino acids (cysteine, glycine and glutamine) to form glutathione. Glutathione is found in particularly large amounts in the surface cells of the respiratory tract.
