The product

Baba de Caracol Regenerating Cream is a rich treatment cream containing snail serum. It also contains ubiquinone (coenzyme Q10), allantoin, collagen and vitamin A to enhance the overall effect.

The story of snail serum

The effect of snail serum was originally discovered by chance, when workers handling snails farmed for food in South America noticed that the skin on their hands was exceptionally soft and in good condition. The serum secreted by the snails began to be studied, and it was found to contain unique compounds and nutrients that help the snail keep its surface moist and repair damage quickly. So snails turned out to be more valuable alive!

Ethics and production

The snail serum used in Natura Media’s Baba de Caracol products carries a certificate guaranteeing the ethical and gentle treatment of the snails. The snails are therefore not harmed when the serum is collected. All of our products containing snail serum are made in Spain and finished and packaged in Finland.

Texture and yield

Baba de Caracol Regenerating Cream has a nourishing texture that spreads easily. Thanks to this, the 100 ml package goes a long way.
